Food Tips, Tricks, & Treatments

Baby CooksWhat does your baby like to eat?

Good nutrition is more important now than at any other time of your baby's life.

Your baby's brain grows faster and larger during the first two years of life than at any other time.

Your baby is also learning to understand feelings of fullness and hunger, developing likes and dislikes, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of good (or poor) health.

To make matters just a little more stressful for us, food is one of those subjects that everyone has an opinion about. Even complete strangers will offer advice on how, what, and when you should feed your baby.

Your baby is a unique person, so the general opinions and suggestions of others may not work for you. The information in this section will help you make your own decisions about the best way to feed your baby.

The best source for personalized nutrition advice is a Registered Dietitian.
