About Me

Julie Morgan, MS, RD, IBCLC

Julie Morgan business

Although my current job titles are "Mom" and "Webmaster," my educational background includes:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
  • A Master of Science degree (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey
My credentials as a result of this education are:

I have clinical experience with a wide range of ages and disease states, and I have advanced training in critical care and lactation. My most rewarding experiences have been working with mothers and babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

As the mother of two beautiful girls, I have learned that no amount of education can prepare you for the delightful, scary, and humbling experience of motherhood. Through my mistakes and triumphs, joys and heartbreaks, I have learned to trust myself-- even if what I believe is the opposite of what I have been told to do.

It is my hope that the information provided here will empower other mothers to trust that natural intuitive knowledge to make their own choices. No one knows your baby like you. My best wishes to you on your own parenting journey.

Cheers,

Julie Morgan, MS, RD, IBCLC
